Builder Incentives in Mid Tenn
During the office sales meeting this morning, one of our agents announced the incentives currently being offered on one home by a local builder. He is giving $10,000 to the buyer - whether closing costs, appliance upgrades, furniture, etc. He is also offering ...are you sitting??? ....
a red 1956 Studebaker.
I have no idea if the one being offered looks anything like this one, but here it is anyway.
Anyone want to tour a nice home with me?
