Applications for Loans Decline
The number of people applying for home mortgages has declined, according to MSNBC. This provides a bigger picture of how many people are currently buying, not just a snapshot of new construction. This really is a good time to buy ... sellers are selling their homes at more reasonable prices rather than attempting to inflate prices like from the housing "boom" from this past summer and year. Go get you some! :)And by the way, remember that buyers can't pay too much -- that's a very positive function of hiring an appraiser!
