Home Starts Down in August
Home starts were way down in August, according to MSNBC. The fall was greater than expected - the slowest rate since August of 2003.According to MSNBC, "The report came a day after an industry survey showed that home builder optimism sank for the eighth straight month in September to the lowest level in more than 15 years."
